I've never heard of unscouting. I didn't even know that was possible. A normal user can't do that, which means that either a mod has done it, or that NG has an automatic "frequent low scores get you unscouted algorithm".

Yep, a mod did it. Actually contacted the mod who did it but I was asleep and because of time zones me and you are rarely awake at the same times.
