Hai guys the tail end of a typhoon is coming to state. Bye thanks for everything :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
So I know I keep putting off the release of .:Poltergeist:. but I haven't had time to work on it for 2 reasons.
1) I have a summative essay in Language Arts, it was due today but my teacher is really laid back so he said we could work on it this weekend, but we'll start losing points if it's not due on Monday. I have literally 9 pages so far, I got too involved with the story I was doing.
2) I've been messing around with this experiment.
I've been getting lots of samples recently. Mostly drum samples because the drums I'm using are stock samples and they're just not as powerful. Wait till you hear these, they're much more energetic. I'm also using a growl sample, now I know I was told by someone I should make my own dubstep sounds instead of using samples/presets because you develop a style instead of using samples/presets everyone else uses. I strongly agree with that person but these are really sick growls and I have to try them out.
And, I'm not good at making growls much less wobbles. The only growl I've ever made is the lead in .:Poltergeist:.. Does that tell you how good of a growl it was?
Oh, also do you notice the project file is actually color coded and organized? Yeah, I got really tired of all the tutorials I watch saying you have to have your playlist organized, so I decided to try it myself. It's also color coded. Blue is for the melodies, red is for the drums, green is going to be for the basses like growls, wobbles, actual bass whatnot. Yellow will probably be for automation, if I use any.
The project file kinda looks empty, but this is more or less an experiment.
Anyways, I should have time this weekend to finish .:Poltergeist:. before the typhoon comes-
For real though, I have a good chance of losing power. So if I talk to you regulary and I don't respond to anything you say, I'm probably flipping out from being bored.
